Going Global is the British Council's international education conference, which attracts more than 1,000 participants. It is very UK centric in theme and in share of participants. Good meeting place for meeting with commonwealth countries' institutions & government representatives. In 2010, Government representatives represent a large share of the participants (37%), the largest share of any IE conference. The Going Global conference's continued focus on cross-border mobility of staff, students, and knowledge also proves attractive for many higher education institutions.
