This tour is designed to focus on student recruitment and will allow Canadian education representatives to reach out to potential students and parents, educational agents, Study in Canada departments at key Chinese high schools, VIP and private banking departments of major Chinese commercial banks as well as senior officials from provincial education ministries and local education commissions.

The Consulate General of Canada in Chongqing has been reaching out to key commercial banks in the region to create opportunities for Canadian institutions to access their VIP clients and school-aged children. This represents a promising new source of students for Canadian institutions.
